• Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs, and draw up orders.
• Know the Resort inside out and collaborate with relevant departments.
• Unite and motivate teams (5 to 15 employees) and support their development.
• Monitor cleanliness and report malfunctions to maintenance.
• Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and property upkeep.
