Job Description:
  1. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  2. Lead and guide a team of quantity surveyors, offering mentoring, training, and feedback.
  3. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to improve collaboration and project success.
  4. Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to precisely determine quantities and costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
  5. Collaborate with procurement teams to source and assess suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
  1. With a decade of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation in the construction sector.
  2. Skilled in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  3. Possesses expertise in contract management, including the examination of contracts, change orders, and variations.
  4. Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation abilities for conveying financial insights to senior management and stakeholders.
