Area Sales Manager is accountable for sales strategy, sales team, and achieving sales revenue targets across all sales channels within Surabaya and Malang areas. This role is for someone that experience in leading a sales team and also someone who has a good eye for growing the business. \nWhat you will doAbout the team
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will work within the direct command of the Area Head and matrix collaboratively with the region sales team on some projects. You will lead the Sales team consisting of the Account Manager (AM) & Account Executive (AE) for the Surabaya & Malang areas. ASM regularly visits AM & AE to their assigned merchants across their areas to see what happened on the ground as well as providing advance advice to them in increasing transactions over time.
