Qualifications

• Professional with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
• Based in Bali, available to join immediately
• Proven experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
