Job description

Lead the end-to-end Human Resources department, overseeing HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and talent management to motivate and develop staff's capacity for achieving high performance levels.

Ensure the implementation of key organizational HR policies.

Promote corporate values and drive organizational culture.

Serve as the central point for organizational correspondence with external parties, including room rentals, email correspondence, etc.

Maintain asset inventory and ensure organizational permits are in place.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in end-to-end generalist Human Resources, including HR operations, employee relations, payroll, manpower planning and management, talent management, and recruitment.
  • Experience working alongside business leaders to understand business objectives and advise on people strategies aligned with these goals.
  • Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people, capable of driving culture by translating company values and developing a strong organizational culture to enhance performance and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Digital savvy, familiar with cloud-based/online HRIS and payroll management systems.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
