Job Description
Create and manage the annual work plan and budget, including capital expenditures (Capex) for the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
Oversee and monitor the execution of work programs and budgets, ensuring alignment with the hospital's goals. Evaluate the performance of services and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
Conduct competitor analysis, comparing product offerings, pricing, and market positioning. Use this data to enhance the hospital's competitive edge in the healthcare sector.
Develop, market, and improve key hospital services, ensuring they meet market demands and maintain competitive advantages. Modify services to enhance their appeal and drive sales.
Plan for the necessary workforce, considering both quantity and competency levels. Implement development programs, including formal and informal training, to strengthen staff capabilities.
Actively participate in coordination meetings with the hospital's board, division heads, and director. Regularly report on the performance of the sales, PR, customer relations, and front office departments.
Oversee the overall operations of the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments. Establish and enforce policies that integrate these functions with other hospital services while ensuring staff performance and departmental efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
