Job description

We are currently assisting our client in the lifestyle and consumer goods industry to find a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with strong brand-building skills, creative flair, and a data-driven mindset, especially those with experience in the e-cigarette, FMCG or fashion retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies across various channels to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
  • Manage end-to-end social media operations, including content direction, platform growth, and engagement.
  • Lead and coordinate brand promotional campaigns, offline field activities, and events to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Supervise and collaborate with the design team to ensure creative output aligns with brand aesthetics and strategy.
  • Plan and manage event concepts, timelines, and execution, ensuring successful campaign delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to optimize brand positioning and product strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams to align product offerings with brand vision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably in the e-cigarette, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Strong creative thinking, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
