Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Transportation Hub Load & Capacity Specialist. You will be responsible for planning and execution teams responsible for transportation planning and operations. Within the team, the capacity specialist will perform execution-level service-provider relationship management, ad-hoc provider selection, loss recovery, and other transportation cost/service-based optimization activities for Nestlé as they pertain to the selection and management of provider capacity.

• Execute hub strategies based on cost and service while ensuring carriers are assigned to move all planned loads.
• Identify and escalate gaps in carrier coverage with respect to factors like service, cost, and performance.
• Undertake the role of being the operational point of contact for all carrier queries.
