Job Title: Poultry Nutritionist Manager

Employment Type: Contract-based

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Half-day on Saturdays)

Location: Feedmill, Pasuruan – East Java, Indonesia

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Poultry Nutritionist Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the quality, formulation, and development of poultry feed products to meet market needs and nutritional standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, R&D, and production to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of feed products sold in the market and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance programs to maintain the designed nutritional value of feed.
• Supervise and lead Research & Development activities and team programs.
• Oversee feed programs and investigate customer complaints related to product performance.
• Propose, approve, and control feed formulations and raw materials used across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Feed Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the feed or animal nutrition industry.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry, Biochemistry, Biostatistics, and English communication.
• Willing to be based full-time at the Feedmill facility in Pasuruan.
