Berawal dari banyaknya permintaan masyarakat yang tidak berhasil mendapatkan pelayanan produk keuangan oleh bank di Indonesia, PT Artha Dana Teknologi menghadirkan Indodana sebagai solusi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses berbagai produk keuangan.

Indodana memulai perjalanannya pada September 2017. Pada Maret 2018, Indodana juga telah terdaftar di OJK dengan dasar hukum pelaksanaan usaha Surat OJK S- 235/NB.213/2018. Pada 19 Mei 2020, Indodana telah mendapatkan izin OJK KEP 15/D.05/2020.

Job Description
  1. Conduct and evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training.
  2. Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery.
  3. Facilitate module for Ops training (development).
  4. Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
  5. Assist L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed.
  6. Facilitate refreshment program if needed.
Qualifications
  1. Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Business.
  2. At least minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  3. Required Skills: Excellent public speaking, communication skills, presentation skills, confidence & team player.
  4. Excellent using Ms. Office, especially PowerPoint.
  5. Able to use Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro (Basic).
  6. People-oriented.
  7. Willing to explore, learn, and advise for training methods.
