A leading company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its Clinical Laboratory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and technical proficiency in laboratory practices. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee the operations of our Clinical Laboratory. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in laboratory practices, and a commitment to service quality and compliance. The Team Leader will manage resources, optimize processes, and ensure the laboratory meets clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medical Laboratory Technology (ATLM), Medicine, Biology, or Biomedical Sciences. Master’s degree (S2) or Specialist certification is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings.
Strong understanding or hands-on experience in at least one of the following: clinical pathology, anatomical pathology, clinical microbiology, or clinical parasitology.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
ISO 15189 and ISO 9001 training certification is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure laboratory service quality in compliance with applicable laws and medical laboratory standards (PK, PA, MK, ParK).
Plan laboratory operations including workforce management, cost of goods sold (COGS) design, reagent/consumables inventory, and setting test procedure standards.
Monitor and analyze laboratory performance indicators, such as PME, PMI, and turnaround time (TAT).
Liaise with external stakeholders for service/product provision and development.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth lab operations.
Collaborate with relevant specialist doctors to resolve service-related issues.
