Job Description

• Create and update organization structure periodically
• Conduct Job Analysis, Job Description, and Job Evaluation
• Collaborate with superiors to formulate the company's soft and technical competency dictionary
• Handle employee performance management (planning, monitoring, and evaluation)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management
• 2 years of working experience as an Organization Development Officer (preferred in a financing company)
