Job description

Create, promote and execute employee engagement programs, such as recognition schemes, social events, wellness initiatives, and collaboration mechanism.

Develop and execute internal communication plans, such as promoting engagement initiatives and ensure employees are informed and involved

Support event planning by handling logistics such as booking venues, arranging schedules, and managing communications

Monitor the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through key metrics and feedback

Prepare regular reports and engagement activities, outcomes and recommendation for future improvements

Gather feedback from employees to identify areas of improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Communications or a related field

3+ years of proven experience in an HR-related role with a focus on employee engagement, culture development or internal communications

Creative, good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of corporate culture & employee engagement principles, best practices and measurement methodologies

Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills

Experience with employee engagement survey platforms and data analytics tools

Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously and meet deadlines
