We are a holding company managing 6 diverse brands, including a business unit that specializes in sales and distribution of fashion and sportswear products. As we grow and aim for a global presence, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Staff who thrives in the fast-paced world of fashion and apparel.
Who are you?
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel sales, retail, or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Proactive, result-driven, and willing to learn
• Able to use basic office tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Fashion-savvy with a good sense of trends and customer preferences
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable with target-based performance
• Good attitude, humble, and has a great sense of humor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
• Actively sell fashion and sportswear products to retail and wholesale customers
• Identify potential clients and build strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospects
2. Order & Inventory Management
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory flow
• Maintain proper documentation of all sales transactions
3. Customer Relationship & Service
• Follow up with customers for reorders and after-sales service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collect feedback to improve product offerings and service quality
4. Brand Partnerships & B2B Outreach
• Build and maintain connections with other brands, communities, and potential resellers
• Assist in developing strategic collaborations or co-branded campaigns
• Represent the brand in networking opportunities and industry events
5. Booth Operations & Event Sales
• Set up and operate brand booths at events, pop-ups, or bazaars
• Engage with visitors, explain products, and drive on-site sales
• Ensure booth presentation aligns with brand standards
• Collect leads, feedback, and event performance data
6. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for supervisors
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign alignment
• Participate in team meetings and training programs
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis
7. Canvassing & Field Sales
• Conduct regular field visits to prospect new retail partners, outlets, or communities
• Distribute product catalogs, samples, and promotional materials
• Introduce brand offerings to new potential buyers and collect on-the-ground market insights
• Build awareness and drive interest through face-to-face engagement
