Job Description: G.O Transport Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly and well-organized individual who can represent Club Med’s values to customers and employees. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with different departments and contribute to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Elaborate the arrival/departure schedules and submit them to the Front Desk Manager for validation.
2. Organize welcome and transfer procedures for clients and communicate information to the rest of the village.
3. Greet clients upon arrival and assist with their departure.
4. Coordinate with airport authorities (customs, police), airline companies, and local travel agencies.
5. Draft transfer plans, dispatch to service providers, and follow up on invoices.
6. Handle client comments and specific requests (luggage, flight changes, etc.).
7. Apply Club Med standards and adhere to hygiene and security procedures.
8. Train and support receptionists in their daily tasks.
