- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Technical Textile.

- Required language(s): English

- At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in Textile (Spinning Business). Spinning experience means understanding Blow room, Carding, Draw Frame, Simplex, Ring Frame, Winding, TFO, Packing), specifically in rayon & cotton material.

- Required Skill(s): Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; great verbal & written communication skills (English & Indonesia); negotiation skills; meticulous attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office.

- Understand labor law.

- Indonesian citizen.

Job Description:

Product Quality: In today's highly competitive global textile scenario, where customer expectations are increasing rapidly due to new technology and new end & critical applications of yarn, providing consistent and top-class quality with comparatively old machines like Howa cards, RSB 951 draw frames, and Schlfhorst 338 winders becomes vital for the production head.

- Manufacturing Cost: Producing yarn at competitive cost is important for PTE to improve the bottom line, and hence the job holder has to focus on avenues for reducing manufacturing costs by effective utilization of resources within the budgeted cost.

- Manpower Rationalization: The challenge is to keep reducing hands every year despite increased production to maintain constant manpower costs as labor costs are increasing in Indonesia very rapidly.

Job Accountabilities:

1. PRODUCTION OPERATION: Plan, schedule, implement the production program and control the yield factor.
2. PRODUCT QUALITY: Drive and ensure quality at all stages of production to meet the desired product quality.
3. PROCESS INNOVATION & BENCHMARKING: Motivate, initiate & plan for implementing process innovation, improvisation, and benchmarking.
4. COST CONTROL - POWER: Plan and engage manpower and control power costs as per budgeted norms.
5. MACHINERY MAINTENANCE: Ensure the availability of machines and equipment to meet target production in coordination with other functions.
6. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: Ensure that necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken based on customer feedback analysis.
7. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Assess the skill level, motivate, and develop subordinates to take on higher responsibilities.
8. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: Adhere to quality, environment, and safety standards as per QMS.
