Job description

Import, Certification, and Logistic Specialist

Responsible for coordinating import shipments with 3PL providers.

Handle certifications such as POSTEL, K2L, etc.

Conduct logistics assessments to verify the financial feasibility of project implementations and alterations, supporting strategic management decisions.

Monitor shipment progress from local and overseas warehouses to customer sites.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization within the warehouse.

Address issues in the warehouse related to logistics systems, product storage, and shipping processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in data management, including data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with L/C operations and certification processes.
• Familiarity with customs documentation procedures.
