Job description

Performance Marketing Specialist (Tiktok Ads)

What you'll do:

  1. Run and manage TikTok Ads campaigns (VSA, LSA, PSA) to boost sales and reach the right audience.
  2. Track ad performance and make improvements using data (A/B testing, ROAS optimization, etc.).
  3. Review digital marketing reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and share suggestions with the sales & marketing team.
  4. Try out new creative ideas to improve campaign results.
  5. Handle ad budgets wisely to meet business goals.
  6. Work closely with our digital marketing, branding, and communication teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is required—preferably in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcasting, Mathematics, or similar.
  • At least 1 year of experience (including internships) in Digital Marketing, Ads Optimization, or Performance Marketing.
  • Good communication skills and interest in the beauty/skincare industry.
  • Confident using TikTok Ads Manager and running conversion/lead/awareness campaigns.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven, and goal-focused (especially on ROAS & sales conversions).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word & Excel; familiar with analytics tools.
