Job description

Experience in Property/Real Estate sales for at least 1 year, preferably in Land sales.

Honest, responsible, and of full integrity.

Professional and neat personality.

Excellent communication, persuasion, patience, and confidence skills.

Self-driven, results-oriented, capable of handling targets and pressure.

Able and willing to communicate in English.

Willing to work on weekends/public holidays if necessary.

Sales In-house Job Description:

  1. Marketing and selling residential and commercial land plots to potential buyers.
  2. Providing honest, accurate, and transparent product information and education.
  3. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and partners.
  4. Following up consistently with prospects until closing.
  5. Managing KPIs, reporting sales data, and marketing activities regularly.
  6. Participating in marketing events such as open houses and property exhibitions.
  7. Carrying out transactions ethically and in accordance with procedures.
