Job description

Provide on-site Mandarin interpretation services at the airport to assist in communication between passengers and airport staff.

Participate in guiding services and provide language support to passengers in need.

Translate written documents to ensure accurate communication between Mandarin and English.

Inspect and verify documentation of passengers to ensure compliance with all airline procedures and policies.

Familiarize yourself with airport environments and related services to provide necessary language support to passengers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of accurately translating spoken and written communication.
• Gender: Female / Male
• High school graduate and/or Bachelor Degree with Mandarin language or hospitality background.
• Previous experience in interpretation or translation is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Adherence to confidentiality agreements and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
