Job description

Our client is an FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Junior Key Account Manager MT.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan monthly/yearly promotional activities for national accounts in accordance with the action plan.
2. Control and analyze total promotion realization, stock conditions, outlet displays, and promotion budget on a monthly basis.
3. Negotiate with accounts regarding trading terms, promotion realization, and product listing.
4. Ensure suitable stock conditions in DCs and outlets of Modern Trade accounts.
5. Monitor and improve daily sales activities of key accounts.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree from any major.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager Supervisor handling minimarket/supermarket customers.
3. Proficiency in Business English.
4. Strong understanding of modern trade and marketing (4P/3C), with knowledge of planograms and merchandising.
