Admin and Operation Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

On behalf of our client, a heavy equipment manufacturer in Indonesia, we are looking for an “Admin and Operation Supervisor” to join the team.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Issue and process sales orders for customers.
  2. Work closely with Finance, Logistics, & Inventory Departments regarding shipment & payment.
  3. Coordinate with the factory to place new orders.
  4. Prepare monthly Sales Performance Reports for management.
  5. Manage office administrative tasks within the company.
  6. Coordinate logistics and transportation for overseas guests.
  7. Perform other functions as required by the company on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, administration, or science majors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
  • Strong administrative skills, neat, detail-oriented, and agile.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in written and verbal Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
