Department Head of Organizational Development (OD)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Department Head of Organizational Development Automotive Industry to join our team in Bekasi, West Java. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's organizational development initiatives to support the growth and transformation of the business.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive organisational development strategies and programmes to enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organisational effectiveness

Lead the design and delivery of tailored training and development initiatives to build the capabilities of the workforce

Facilitate organisational change management efforts, supporting and guiding teams through periods of transition

Analyse organisational data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions

Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align OD initiatives with the company's strategic objectives

Manage and mentor a team of OD professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organisational development to continuously enhance the company's OD capabilities

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in organisational development, training, or change management roles

Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in organisational performance and employee engagement

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and consultative skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Solid understanding of organisational behaviour, change management principles, and HR best practices

Effective project management and problem-solving skills to deliver high-impact OD solutions

Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
