Project Control Specialist - Construction - Jakarta (B-118892)

Our client is a Construction company. Currently, they are looking for a Project Control Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify sources of danger and environmental impacts.
2. Contribute to maintaining and monitoring K3L in respective work areas.
3. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
4. Develop detailed project schedules using specific scheduling software.
5. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor expenditures and variances, recommending corrective actions.
6. Analyze data and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
7. Identify potential project risks, conduct risk assessments, and recommend mitigation strategies.
8. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
9. Evaluate changes to project scope, schedule, and costs; assess impacts and develop mitigation plans.
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Stable career history.
2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
3. Proficiency in English (more than conversational level).
4. Minimum 6 years of project management experience in an EPC company handling plant construction.
5. Experience in cost calculation and budget planning.
