Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage distributors to achieve sales growth, ensure excellent distribution, and develop high-performing teams.
  2. Assist the Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and plans to meet company targets and business objectives.
  3. Spend approximately 80% of time in the field; coaching, monitoring, developing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
  4. Design Journey Plans (PJP), manage territories, and maintain control over market coverage.
  5. Develop assigned markets in terms of penetration, and increase transaction value and volume.
  6. Conduct asset tracking regularly to prevent missing or unproductive assets.
  7. Provide and analyze data and information for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Strong field sales, leadership, and communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in English is preferred.
  4. Minimum of 5 years experience in distribution management at SPV/Manager level.
  5. Preferably from the ice cream industry or FMCG with a multi-distributor operating model.
  6. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing distributor teams.
  7. High computer literacy, including PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills.
