Job Responsibilities:
- Manage distributors to achieve sales growth, ensure excellent distribution, and develop high-performing teams.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and plans to meet company targets and business objectives.
- Spend approximately 80% of time in the field; coaching, monitoring, developing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Design Journey Plans (PJP), manage territories, and maintain control over market coverage.
- Develop assigned markets in terms of penetration, and increase transaction value and volume.
- Conduct asset tracking regularly to prevent missing or unproductive assets.
- Provide and analyze data and information for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong field sales, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in distribution management at SPV/Manager level.
- Preferably from the ice cream industry or FMCG with a multi-distributor operating model.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing distributor teams.
- High computer literacy, including PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills.
