Job description

As a Fresher Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries through various communication channels. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and efficient solutions to their problems or concerns.
  2. Communication Channels: Handle customer interactions through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms. Maintain a polite and empathetic tone while addressing customer issues.
  3. Problem Solving: Identify and analyze customer problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior team members or supervisors.
