Senior Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

KORRUN GROUP is seeking an experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Central Java. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the learning and development strategy across our organization, driving initiatives that empower our employees to reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

1. Design and deliver innovative training programs tailored to the specific needs of our various business units.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning content.
3. Implement effective methods for evaluating the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
4. Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning management system and other related technologies.
7. Work closely with HR and business leaders to align learning and development objectives with organizational goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably within a large, complex organization, and experience in manufacturing/apparel industry blue-collar employee training.
• Proficient in English at a professional working level.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs that drive measurable improvements in employee performance and engagement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the latest trends in corporate training.
• Proficient in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other relevant technologies.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be placed in Jepara, Central Java.
