About Our Client: Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the segment of food & beverage chains seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRGA Senior Manager/Manager to join their team. If you are passionate about HR, have a strong background in core HR functions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all HR core functions, including payroll, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations (IR/ER), Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR systems, employment law, and HR policy development.
  2. Lead and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  3. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and monitor budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.
  5. Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  6. Manage HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  7. Support the business in all HR-related matters to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  1. Female candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR role.
  2. Proven experience in managing HR functions at a managerial level.
  3. Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
  4. Strong knowledge of HR core functions, including payroll, IR/ER, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR systems, employment law, and HR policy.
  5. Experience in budgeting and KPI monitoring.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
