Our client is a reputable Commodity Futures Trading company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. They are rated A+++ by Indonesia's commodity futures trading regulatory body and have been in business for 20 years. They are currently rebranding and expanding their business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and lead their own sales team.
• Analyze and develop marketing strategies to achieve the targets.
• Carry out sales activities.
• Provide the expected sales results.
• Develop a communication strategy with clients in accordance with company policies.
• Supervise the entire sales team in carrying out sales activities.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must.
• Have 5-8 years of similar experience in a futures company, plus a history of achieving targets, are a must.
• Diploma degree from any major.
• Excellent business written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently.
