We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years experience in pension and insurance industry preferable
  • People management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.

On the job you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy for pension products to achieve business goals.
  • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed pension product distribution targets.
  • Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and intermediaries.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the distribution team.
  • Encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance distribution efforts.
