Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities for early learners. You will assist students across academics, social skills, and personal development, while helping maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology, optionally with Educator Certificate (Sertifikat Pendidik) and NUPTK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology from a recognized university.
• Educator Certificate (Sertifikat Pendidik) and NUPTK is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; previous Teacher Assistant experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is an added advantage.
