Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an Early Years and Primary Classroom Teacher for our Semarang campus. The role focuses on planning curricula, delivering engaging lessons, and coordinating resources to support student growth in English and SEL.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience, with a passion for fostering development through diverse activities and parent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) required.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan teaching materials and substitutions when needed; manage lesson delivery.
• Coordinate with coordinators and grade level heads to improve curriculum and its delivery.
• Plan and manage resources, ensuring materials are prepared one month before delivery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare progress reports for parents.
• Promote library use, English communication, and SEL programs across activities.
• Engage in co-curricular activities and student competitions.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and propose improvements.
