Job Description

Our Field Specialist focus on vital technical and operational procedures that ensure site safety and exceptional customer service. You'll undergo intensive training in troubleshooting, safety, client interaction, and develop a deep technical understanding of our operations. Through hands-on learning and formal training, you'll become the company's on-site representative with supervisory responsibilities. You'll tackle complex practical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

As a Maintenance Technician, whether electrical or mechanical, you'll work across our business units, supported by managers to develop the skills necessary for success. You'll complete a comprehensive development program to realize your full potential, learning to analyze problems, perform repairs, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

The Field Internship, also called the Vacation Trainee program, offers an enriching summer learning experience in oil and gas fields.

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for a two-month internship in July-August 2025.

Qualifications and Experience

• D3 or D4 degree in engineering.
• Graduated in 2023, 2024, or will graduate in 2025.
• Open to 2nd and 3rd-year students.
• Minimum GPA of 3.20 out of 4.00.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong hands-on aptitude and analytical skills.
• Indonesian nationality or valid work permit in Indonesia without sponsorship.

Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person Campus Recruitment event at Politeknik Negeri Bandung on 28th May 2025.
