Our client is a Leasing company seeking a Corporate Marketing Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, motivate, and manage the Marketing and Sales team, coaching them to deliver their outputs.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements, monitor current trends and conditions in Corporate and Commercial Financing markets, and maintain a good network within the corporate sector.
  • Develop supplier marketing strategies and maximize sales coverage.
  • Manage and develop the internal sales team to plan and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Respond to and follow up on work requirements and instructions from superiors and management to accomplish duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (S-1) from a reputable university.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the financing industry.
  • Maximum age of 35 years.
  • Possess a good customer database across various industries.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling Non-Performing Asset cases.
  • Understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with good analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn, accept, and meet challenges.
  • Able to work in a team, and be target and deadline oriented.
