YOUR MISSION:

Puma Indonesia is looking for a self-driven, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations person. The role involves managing our 3PL for outbound and last mile delivery with strong communication skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate should be capable of managing daily business operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Outbound (B2B & B2C): Evaluate daily outbound capacity, monitor warehouse order fulfillment, delivery status, POD status, and maintain delivery reports.
  2. Inbound and Returns: Coordinate inbound logistics, evaluate inbound capacity, manage duty inputs, monitor inbound receiving, and oversee returns management and reporting.
  3. Inventory Management (B2B & B2C): Ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, manage stock movements, and liaise with warehouse for inventory issues.
  4. Last Mile Delivery (B2B & B2C): Track truck availability, coordinate delivery schedules, manage transporters, and address delivery issues.
  5. Reporting, Vendor Invoices, and Support Tasks: Prepare timely reports, conduct cross-functional reviews, organize documents, support logistics activities, and handle procurement and invoicing processes.
  6. Ad hoc: Support warehouse projects and audit processes as needed.
Your Talent:
  • Education: Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies
  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years in Logistics Operations
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or relevant ERP systems
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English & Bahasa (bi-lingual/multi-lingual preferred)
