Senior Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide throrough analysis and advisory on compliance matters

• Managing reviews and consultations related to new products and services licensing

• Provide compliance point of views in reviewing bank's policies and procedures

• Promoting compliance culture within the organization

• Provide regulatory reporting related to Compliance

• Provide gap analysis on regulatory provisions, conduct socialization and ensure the fulfillment of the action plans.

*What you need to have:*

• Candidate should possess at a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in related majors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance

• Have deep understanding in Compliance

• Possess certification of risk management and compliance minimum level 1 would be an advantage

• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc).

• Skilled in delivering presentation and good public speaking.

• Thorough and keen to details.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets.

• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills, High level of integrity, takes accountability of work, good attitude, and have a great sense of teamwork.

We perform WFO/WFH policy, so you will be required to come to the office at times.
