Marketing Executive Corporate Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team at PT. Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik. This full-time position based in Krian, East Java, involves driving new business development and expansion opportunities for our integrated cold chain logistics solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new corporate clients and strategic partnerships to grow our market share.
  2. Assisting management in developing long-term strategies and collaborating with other teams to align with company goals.
  3. Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to promote our services and capabilities.
  4. Generating and nurturing high-quality sales leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
  5. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
  6. Collaborating with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  8. Providing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the logistics or cold chain industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
