In this role, you will play a key part in designing, managing, and accelerating the growth of SEVIMA's talents to support our big mission: #revolutionizeEducation. Your passion for learning and development will grow through real experience building an agile learning culture that makes an impact. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Human Capital team and top leaders to create future-proof programs. Ready to shape the future of learning? Your next mission awaits!

Responsibilities:
  1. Recap activity data in the Learning & Development database sheet (attendance, scores, feedback/questionnaires).
  2. Recap the completeness of learning materials in Edlink (modules, pre-post tests).
  3. Schedule and coordinate panel grooming processes.
  4. Assist in collecting data for weekly and monthly reports.
  5. Create and manage class schedules and facilitator timetables.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education of S1 (preferably Psychology, Education, HR Management, or related fields).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development / Training Specialist roles.
  • Ability to manage data neatly (especially using Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs, curricula, and evaluation processes.
  • Good administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, high initiative, detail-oriented, and team player.
