Director of Finance

Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Management, preferably in 5 star hotels
2. Excellent Financial Management skills
3. Strong on Property Management Systems
4. Excellent knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
5. Excellent on forecasting and budgeting
6. Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems; technology-savvy
7. Strategic planning skills; ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business strategies and tactics
8. Ability to evaluate business trends, determine applicability to customer profile and modify business strategies accordingly
9. Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results
10. Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others
11. Ability to network and build relationships to improve the efficiency and growth of the business
12. Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills and good negotiation skills
13. Tax Planning and compliance
14. Excellent English both spoken and written
15. Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication skills
16. Strong leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented
17. Energetic, hands-on and motivated
