Strategic Partner Manager, Shopping Partnerships, YouTube (English, Bahasa Indonesia)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology.

Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in consulting or strategy, operations, and go-to-market roles within the e-commerce industry.

Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all management levels.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

Ability to engage in partnership work externally and internally, with demonstrated influence over stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with talent agencies in Indonesia, including partnership activities, performance growth, and internal advocacy. Drive Shopping plans with third-party partners to achieve GMV goals.
  • Define, model, execute, and analyze distribution and product adoption metrics; recommend improvements internally and to partners.
  • Participate in new business development, including evaluating partners, analyzing markets and content, managing agreements, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with teams across YouTube and other departments (Business, Marketing, Policy, Legal, etc.) to deliver solutions to partners.
