Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding process for new hires, lead new hire orientation, and conduct HR and benefits orientation. Coordinate, track, and assist in hiring agency temporary and consulting staff.
- Accurately process all personnel changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring all deadlines and tasks are met.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and audit personnel records/data regularly.
- Coordinate employee activities such as luncheons, annual picnics, holiday parties, and retirement parties with the HR Manager.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Training, HRIS) to support and educate across the organization.
- Support HR policies, procedures, processes, and participate in projects and initiatives, providing input on process improvements.
- Assist with immigration matters related to expatriates and foreign workers.
- Prepare regular reports as required by management.

- Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective actions.
- Manage the Leave Management System, including leaves, attendance, and overtime for payroll support.
- Provide HR advisory services related to benefits, compensation, absence, health issues, conduct, grievances, and organizational change.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll processing, including updates, bonus/incentives, and benefit changes.
- Generate employee data reports related to leave, headcount, attrition, and payroll data.
- Perform other duties as assigned or modified to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with global HRIS applications.
- Ability to work with multiple software applications, including enterprise systems and internet/intranet applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
