Responsibilities
  1. Manage onboarding process for new hires, lead new hire orientation, and conduct HR and benefits orientation. Coordinate, track, and assist in hiring agency temporary and consulting staff.
  2. Accurately process all personnel changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring all deadlines and tasks are met.
  3. Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and audit personnel records/data regularly.
  4. Coordinate employee activities such as luncheons, annual picnics, holiday parties, and retirement parties with the HR Manager.
  5. Collaborate with HR Shared Services (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Training, HRIS) to support and educate across the organization.
  6. Support HR policies, procedures, processes, and participate in projects and initiatives, providing input on process improvements.
  7. Assist with immigration matters related to expatriates and foreign workers.
  8. Prepare regular reports as required by management.
  9. Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  10. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  11. Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective actions.
  12. Manage the Leave Management System, including leaves, attendance, and overtime for payroll support.
  13. Provide HR advisory services related to benefits, compensation, absence, health issues, conduct, grievances, and organizational change.
  14. Serve as the primary contact for payroll processing, including updates, bonus/incentives, and benefit changes.
  15. Generate employee data reports related to leave, headcount, attrition, and payroll data.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned or modified to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing company.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Experience with global HRIS applications.
  4. Ability to work with multiple software applications, including enterprise systems and internet/intranet applications.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
