Job description

Business Development Trainee (Sales Trainee)

Assist the Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, order plans, and sales targets to achieve company objectives.

Spend approximately 80% of time in the field; focus on coaching, monitoring, development, and ensuring operational excellence.

Design effective Journey Plans (PJP), manage and control territories.

Ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.

Acquire new outlets (NOO), including General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarkets (MTI).

Conduct asset tracking regularly to prevent missing or unproductive assets.

Provide and analyze data and information for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree and minimum GPA of 3.00; experienced candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Passion for sales and willingness to travel across Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and work effectively with diverse colleagues.
• Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
