About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (English Speaker) to provide high-level support to our executive team at PT. Indomed Kahanasti Indonesia, a leading healthcare company based in South Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent administration and organizational skills, and be capable of handling a variety of tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and take minutes of meetings;
  2. Arrange corporate travel and accommodations;
  3. Draft corporate and executive emails, correspondence, and documents;
  4. Conduct management research and compile reports;
  5. Handle phone calls and other communication channels;
  6. Maintain corporate database and filing systems;
  7. Oversee office facilities;
  8. Support the Executive in ensuring company procedures and policies are up-to-date and effectively implemented;
  9. Report to the Director.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
  2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  3. At least 2 years of proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role;
  4. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and time management;
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  8. Immediate availability to work;
  9. Preferred domicile in South Jakarta.
