Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring that the service(s) over time deliver value and meet stakeholders’ expectations and business needs.
• Actively work with service partners and engineering teams to define and prioritize a backlog of items to improve the service.
• Ensure cost-efficient, stable, and sustainable service operation and delivery.
• Perform defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and report on status.
• Manage service lifecycle planning and follow-up: service roadmap, demand and capacity management, prioritization of improvements, and budget management.
• Keep information about the service(s) up to date.
• Analyze service and component availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE working with medium to large projects.
• Experience working in an agile environment with a good understanding of agile cadence.
• Experience with CI tools such as Github Actions and Jenkins.
• Experience with CD tools like ArgoCD and Crossplane.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code or provisioning tools such as Terraform.
• Experience managing and monitoring Kubernetes applications through Istio, Helm charts.
• Good understanding of capacity planning, resource utilization, performance tuning, and networking.
• Proficiency with automation tools and GitOps for data engineering.
