Job description

  • Assists customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Assists existing accounts by obtaining orders and opening new accounts by communicating with existing or potential customers.
  • Prepares sales presentations and management reports.
  • Studies market trends and propose new products for development.
  • Continuous monitoring of competition by gathering current marketplace information especially on pricing.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating and recommending solution to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending exhibitions.
  • Establishes own personal networks of clients.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferably within the Chemical Industry
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs
  • Resilient and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
