Job description

Our client is a Japanese Consulting company seeking a Management Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Investigate client companies’ strengths and weaknesses.
2. Analyze client strategies, including Business Strategy (including M&A schemes), HR Strategy and Systems, Governance and Risk Management Systems, Corporate Restructuring Strategies, and prepare presentation materials and reports.
3. Collaborate with external partners such as law firms, accounting firms, HR agencies, and research institutions.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Indonesia or overseas) in Law, Finance, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.60.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in financial or legal consulting as a Management Consultant.
3. Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Strong leadership skills and analytical thinking.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
7. Meticulous, quick-witted, and detail-oriented.
8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Positive, proactive, and highly responsible in handling assigned tasks.
