• Minimum 2 years experience in sales position
• Preferably those who have experience in plastics packaging or plastic manufacturing
• Good communication and good negotiation skill
• Target oriented and resistant to work pressure
• Good integrity, and strong decision maker
• Willing to business trip
• Having driving license (A)

Responsibilities:

• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
• Develop products together with customer
• Provide excellent service speed and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
• Liaise internally with production, warehouse, and finance department for sales process
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Defining and executing territory sales plans
