Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive strategy decks tailored to regional brand campaigns, responsible for creating decks especially for SG, KR, US, IN, and JP.
- Integrate consumer behavior data, platform trends, and KOL market dynamics into each proposal.
- Develop research and creative ideas to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Present actionable go-to-market plans and localized storytelling frameworks for client approval.
- Support internal teams and clients with clear strategic direction across campaign phases.
Celebrity Booking (Lead Role)
- Lead global celebrity partnership efforts — from pitch to negotiation, coordination, and execution.
- Manage talents during execution and ensure brand fit, media impact, and campaign success.
- Direct and delegate talent execution to subordinate(s) while retaining decision-making and final approval.
Regional Influencer Buying
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-market influencer campaigns with a strategic lens across SG, KR, US, IN, and JP.
- Oversee KOL selection, platform strategy, and localization approach, ensuring consistent regional execution.
- Review campaign deliverables, performance tracking, and reporting led by team members.
Market Outreach (Lead Role)
- Lead Gushcloud’s market outreach efforts to build presence in countries without local offices (e.g., India, Japan, Europe).
- Oversee execution of outreach efforts, handled by team members including Mega.
Performance Marketing Oversight
- Provide direction on performance marketing initiatives handled by Mega.
- Approve channel mix, ad creatives, and budget allocations across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Review and advise on optimizations to hit media performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in digital strategy and client management.
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- An ability to deliver multiple projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing world, preferably digital influencer (KOL) industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to speak, write, and listen in English.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
