Job description

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience and training in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Equipment.
  3. Minimum of 10 years experience in Civil and Structural engineering disciplines.
  4. Lead Auditor certifications: ISO 9001, API Lead Auditor, ASQ CQA, or IRCA Certification.
  5. Experience in reviewing QA/QC Procedures such as QA/QC Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Inspection Procedures.
  6. Familiarity with the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP) Life Saving Rules.
  7. Detailed knowledge of ASME Code for Pressure Piping B31.3 and B31.8, with practical knowledge of ASME / AWS welding standards and procedural adherence requirements.
  8. Experience in acceptance of Mechanical Completion Certification / check sheets, ability to perform walk downs and punch outs for systems and sub-systems, and understanding of completion test packs.
  9. In-depth knowledge of:
    • Oil & Gas Equipment
    • Strong technical judgment
    • Manufacturing/Fabrication processes
    • Familiarity with QSP procedures
    • National and international codes/standards
  10. Ability to write reports in English.
