Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience and training in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Equipment.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Civil and Structural engineering disciplines.
- Lead Auditor certifications: ISO 9001, API Lead Auditor, ASQ CQA, or IRCA Certification.
- Experience in reviewing QA/QC Procedures such as QA/QC Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Inspection Procedures.
- Familiarity with the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP) Life Saving Rules.
- Detailed knowledge of ASME Code for Pressure Piping B31.3 and B31.8, with practical knowledge of ASME / AWS welding standards and procedural adherence requirements.
- Experience in acceptance of Mechanical Completion Certification / check sheets, ability to perform walk downs and punch outs for systems and sub-systems, and understanding of completion test packs.
