Employment Status: Full-Time with 3 Months Probationary Period.

Salary Range: Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.000.000 / month.

About the Role

At Tiara Hana, we're looking for a lively, enthusiastic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Account specialist. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) behind every new owner journey, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to co-ownership by communicating clearly and passionately about our investment offerings.

You'll help our customers understand agreements, coordinate signings, and maintain lasting relationships, all while delivering a premium, lifestyle-focused customer experience that matches the spirit of Tiara Hana's brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome our new co-owners via chat, phone, and WhatsApp with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Schedule and coordinate agreement signings, ensuring timely communication with co-owners.
  • Clearly explain the agreement and product knowledge to ensure co-owner understanding.
  • Ensure on-tome collection of payments and complete document submission.
  • Implement upselling strategies to support owners in expanding and diversifying their investments.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Communications, Public Relation, Marketing and Business Administration.
  • A lively, bubbly, and outgoing personality. You enjoy connecting with people and building relationships.
  • Passionate about lifestyle and fashion trends. You represent a premium and stylish brand image of Tiara Hana.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle objections and explain complex agreements in a simple way.
  • 1-2 years of experience as Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Service, or similar client-facing role is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone, and CRM systems to manage co-owners interactions.
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
